This course focuses on the preparation and application of nanomaterials in environmental chemistry and drug carriers, as well as biomolecular nano-materials based on biological macromolecules and bio-nanotechnology. Through this course, students could grasp the latest researches in the above mentioned aspects.

Chapter 1 The latest researches in the preparation and their application of nano-materials in the environmental chemistry Discussion the preparation, design and application of nanomaterials as the adsorbent for the removal of heavy metal ions from solutions. Chapter 2 Nano-materials as drug delivery Design and application of special functional drug carriers based on the non-ionic surfactants. Chapter 3 The nucleic acid self-assembly nano-materials The rational design, research methods and self-assembly strategy of DNA molecules.
