To understand the structures and characteristics of biomacromolecules; To understand the principles of basic analytical methods used in biomacromolecules analysis; To introduce the current research progress of biomacromolecules.

Preparation of biological samples; Amino acid analysis; Protein analysis; Immunoassay and imprinting technique; Nucleic acids analysis; Principles and methods of sugar analysis; Nano-bio materials and devices; Cell analytical chemistry; Food and environmental safety analysis techniques.
