The outline of the course includes: Pollutant formation and health effects; An introduction to environmental catalysis; Characterization techniques for catalyst (BET, TPD, XRD, XPS, TEM); Basic synthesis and fabrication methods for catalyst; Three-way catalysts for automotive, De-NOx and SCR catalysts for diesel vehicles or stationary emissions, catalytic removal of VOC and SOx , photocatalysis. |
