Course Description:
This course was designed as a fundamental of new drug development for doctoral students and graduate student who major in medical chemistry.
Course Content:
This course will introduce the mechanism of action, metabolism, synthesis and fundamental of structure-activity relationship of typical drugs in six major therapeutic areas and to introduce the principle and method of lead compound discovery and drug design.
