国科大化学科学学院拥有一支科教融合的高水平师资队伍，包括专任教师141名，研究生导师877名，其中院士15人，“杰青”80余人,他们长期承担国科大研究生和本科生的教学工作和培养工作，积累了丰富的教学和培养经验。化学科学学院下设6个教研室，分别为分析化学教研室、物理化学教研室、有机化学教研室（含化学生物学）、无机化学教研室、高分子科学与材料教研室、化学实验与综合教研室。近5年来，化学科学学院共10门课程被评为国科大优秀课程；4名教师获得中国科学院教育教学成果奖；6名教师获得朱李月华教学奖，2名教师获得唐立新教学名师奖，2名教师获得李佩教师奉献奖。（数据截至2021年4月）

The college has 12 doctoral supervisor tutors and 12 master tutors and recruits about 10 PhD students and 30 Master students each year.
